Feld--an interview. (Side note this is my friend's restaurant go here!)

Long story short, my buddy Jake is opening a very produce-driven tasting spot in the Ukrainian Village in Chicago. He’s cooked just about everywhere, but his most formative experience was at Ernst in Berlin. His goal is to change the menu just about every night.

Can’t believe it! So fun. What’s kinda sad is he was in between opening in Chicago and LA. Feld makes so much more sense as a mid west restaurant, but damn it would have been nice if it were local
