Firenze Bollito Misto

I had a memorable Bollito Misto at a 99 year old restaurant in Florence near the end of October 2021. It came with a wonderful anchovy salsa (more like a spread) and another one with parsley. It was beef and tongue and I would not mind eating there everyday for the rest of my life. Ristorante Cafaggi, Via Guelfa, 35 rosso, Tel.
Also had fried artichokes and zucchini. Others had pork chops, and mixed tripe (honeycomb and book tripe) which was absolutely delicious.
