Hello. Was walking on Sawtelle today and noticed construction activity in the former Benitora space. Any word on hat’s formally going in there (I think we had discussed possibilities previously…)?

Skimmed the article. Fun read. I liked Hip Hot the one time I tried it, although I didn’t think it was AMAZING. But it would certainly be a welcome addition and would bring something new to the area.
