Really lovely dinner at Gary’s. Started with the rolls, pickles, and salad. A very vinegar-forward beginning
Tomatoes and peaches hit the table next. Maybe the only miss of the meal. I forgot to take their picture.
Mains were tuna and jalapeño chicken sausage.
Dessert was mousse and cruller.
Service was attentive. My main issues were the acoustics of the space (loud), and the diners next to us were wearing some very powerful perfumes (not the resto’s fault).
Maybe a small issue was the pacing: our food came out very fast. We were sat at 730 and signed the check by 9. I would’ve liked to longer a bit longer, but I can’t blame them for wanting to turn the table.
