rustic canyon > gjelina > mentone > birdie g’s > funke
I love sweet and salty so the cured meats with persimmon pairings were my top two. still need to try the persimmons on a plate at mozza, @moonboy403 review forthcoming?

Turns out you can eat all that with 7 adults
Went today for lunch. It’s as good as ever. I’m really impressed with the execution. The black bass has perfectly juicy texture and crisped skin. The bucatini is perfectly al dente. Salting is all right. And quality is consistent across the large menu that changes frequently. A+ restaurant.

holy shit the fava beans were an absolute banger. asparagus was solid as hell. snapper was just ok, needed to be salted longer to draw out water.
