I plan to delve further into national/ethnic cuisines I am not so familiar with. And, with the cost of dining out rising, will try to be more conscious of value in my restaurant choices,

I am going to seek out good non-alcoholic drinks when dining out. Not cutting out wine or beer, just cutting down.
