Misleading health score grading

From an email from Brandon this morning: I wanted to let you know before your visit tonight, I am sorry to report that the Department of Health was just here on Thursday night and they they have given us a C grade. I understand that our guests will be concerned when they see the letter in the window, so I am emailing everyone in advance of their visit to explain what has happened.
