After a 3 year hiatus I was able to return to northern Baja. I used to go as often as 7 times a year before children, but alas things change.
Speaking of change pricing for food has increased significantly and probably reflects the same inflationary pressure that we are seeing north of the border. I bought tacos for 38 pesos which was shocking to me. Two elotes cost 110 pesos. Stop a relative pittance to US prices but it was mildly suprising.
Tacos San Lucas - primo tapia
Seems to be the new king of tacos in primo tapia. Displacing the old stands. They do three cuts chorizo, asada, and adobada over carbon. It’s a well lit stand thats clean and they sell delicious grilled green onions and fresh cucmber with every taco
Went for dinner two nights in a row.
