Is Lai another Shapiro? A food influencer with decent taste?
I never met and donāt know much about him, but others on here know and dine with him.
I think he was one of the first along the @Clayfu to go to bat for Collette.
bradley is a very thoughtful soul. While he likes to discuss the food itself - he has a large overview.
Also looks for a lot of chinese spots that are hot on little red book, which us non chinese readers wouldnāt be aware of.

I think Iām going to pass on trying this restaurant absent positive reviews.
135 and then we did one 35 supplement so thatās 300 for 2 and we did a very overpriced sake and then after all things said and done we were out 500.
It wasnāt great. Nothing stood out and the more we think about the meal the more disappointed I am that I spent on it.
