They are bakers at heart making their own bread, pizza dough and pasta. Solid all around meal. Would go back if I was back in Philly. Lot of good pizza these days but I like having more options.
Starters. Excellent mushrooms. Dressing on the salad was great. Asparagus was well cooked.
Pizzas. Absolutely loved the sausage with long hots. Great combo. Pepperoni was good too. Great crust.
Pastas and mains
Pesto was gluten free but you wouldn’t have been able to tell. The spaghetti with chicken polpetini was weird. Couldn’t put my finger on it. Beef was lovely with the peppercorn sauce. Nice crisp chicken skin and juicy chicken.
