Best bet imo weekday early lunch or midday weekday between lunch and dinner would be your best bets. Someone was saying even weekday dinner isn’t too bad but I’ve never tried that.

Didn’t go, but feedback from friend who did went later in evening around 8 didn’t have much of a wait.
Bergamot tortilla “tasted like soap”
kombucha—bland
Overall it was “interesting”
Take it for what’s it’s worth, but I guess depending on perspective a downgrade from typical holbox reaction?
