Oh, that is beautiful. I am growing Anaheim peppers specifically for this purpose, and the plant is producing one pepper every so often, which is not sufficient. So I am jealous of you.

Not this time. Once pomegranates start coming in, I’m going to do Chiles en Nogada, I’ll try to remember to do a cross section photo of one of them

Arugala with Rancho Gordo flagolets and a soft boiled egg. Garnished very simply with salt, lemon, olive oil and left over parm from Superfine. We lost some of the egg as happens once in a while with fresh eggs.
