Don’t have time to describe right now but here are the pics:
It seems it’s on Tock.
Looks gorgeous. Will enjoy reading the words, when you have time.
This showed up on Resy. I’m tempted to do it. The dinner is accompanied by “emphatic storytelling” from the chef.
I went last year, thought it was really fun. The storytelling and BYOB make it a really enjoyable and friendly dinner. Go for the experience and the story and to chat with interesting strangers, not for the food alone imo.
It’s an interesting higher-end take on a cuisine that we don’t see enough of here (and never see in a formal tasting menu setting other than ILE), but when I went at least the dishes didn’t all work, and because of the storytelling sometimes dishes end up room temp by the time you get to eating them lol.
Do it.
Okay — will report back.
