Amboy in Chinatown should have this but they seem to have removed all their preorder meat options from their website. Suggest you call first if this is a convenient location for you.

I’ve seen it at Standings in the past - give them a call, very friendly folks.
I would try calling Huntington Meats. They have the largest variety of beef cuts I’ve seen regularly at any place

Carniceria HQ seems to have promising selection/quality and just posted about Denvers. In Hollywood near the 101.

Carniceria HQ hash-tagged #DenverSteak but the photo looks more like NY strips.
Any good butcher that breaks down primal cuts should be able to cut you Denver steaks by special order. It’s just a muscle in the chuck.
