Jardin de los Duques (Madrid/Spain)

For the first dinner in Madrid, we decided to use one of the restaurants, Jardin de los Duques https://www.melia.com/es/hoteles/espana/madrid/palacio-de-los-duques-gran-melia/restaurantes/jardin-de-los-duques at our hotel as we were quite tired after nearly 30 hours without too much sleep. Because of that it was also an unusual early reservation at 8:15pm but still a very good start to exploring Spain

Try to snag a seat at Santerra in Salamanca for fantastic cuisine from the La Mancha region. And for an engineer’s exacting, asymptotic approach to paella perfection, try Casa Benigna in Chamartín…
