What a killer menu. Insanely delicious, the collaborative spirit was strong. Clear contributions from both of them in each dish rather than alternating between a dish from each. Will write up and post pics tmrw but I am full, happy, and stoked to go to another one of these.

I dined solo tonight and they served me full portions so I am dying but….menu and photos below. The pizza was, of course, the highlight to me. The corn flavor (roasted and corn pottage) and the crazy black peppercorn they used plus the XO-like sauce was a banger. The tofu treated like ricotta in the first dish, amazing. Pasta was lovely, great texture, tons of crab and uni, nice pops from the sungolds. The fish was crisp and delicious. Loved the chrysanthemum salsa verde.

The dessert…wow. Almond cream (or maybe it was from the stone fruit pits?) was beautiful with the bright herby syrup and perfect fruit. The crew was delightful as always. Pumped to go back for holbox.
