Had my Henckel set since Obama, figured it’s time to get them professionally sharpened. Yes I’m late, but I hear it will be a very pleasant surprise

And someone said that honing is bad? True?

Lots of my friends use Gary’s service at the Mar Vista Farmers Market. South Bay (I know it’s not your top geographic preference, but comes highly recommended), try DK Sharp. Good luck!

Gary is also in the parking lot at Vicente Foods once or twice a week. IIRC he has a website just Google garys knife sharpening I’m sure it will come up

Fatty Mart has a drop-off knife sharpening service. Mine came back really nice. It’s done by a third-party, but I can’t remember the name.
