Olympic for old school style it’s way more simple and homey than Hangari. I haven’t been in a couple of years but hangari was my fave.

it can be a decent board to find out about new places or good dishes, but man, those conversations have about as much nuance as a speed bump. everything is ‘mid,’ or too expensive, or used-to-be-great-but-now… They didn’t even order the samgye-tang (just got a taste)!

I dont expect full consistency from Reddit since I suspect half of those posters are LLMs trying to farm engagement, but there are some interesting takes there. Used it for discovery before I found FTC, and I find it works well for that. A lot of people there are definitely clout farming; there is a guy on the finedining sub arguing Royal Omakase (small, annoyingly hard to get into counter in Philadelphia) was the same tier as Sushi Sho.
Theres also a dude who apperently goes to Hayato 6-8x a year, who I thought was Porky for a hot sec.
