I don’t think bicyclette closed due to the location. They were always busy, they also closed a few other restaurants at the same time seems to me they were just over extended
As far as I remember Picca closed as a result of mismanagement. Maybe someone will correct me if I’m wrong
I know nothing about this place, but sometimes the business that first opens a restaurant goes bankrupt because of debts from the build-out, which are not a problem for the next tenant.
Those places didn’t exactly fail, but I’m also not gonna disclose why they closed.

Looks like it’s confirmed that Lielle won’t open until 2026.. still the most anticipated restaurant in LA I reckon, with long time executive chef of Frantzen opening up 2 restaurants in LA (Marée is the name of the other restaurant)

I am not a fun of such arrangement. We dined at Pantagruel in Paris which has a similar set up, and it felt like you are dining with those people across the way (who in our case were quite loud).
