Loved Verona, we were planning to stay three nights and extended it to five. I guess I didn’t post while I was there. I’ll dig around in my photo archive and figure out the places I’d recommend.

Trattoria al Pompiere in Verona had some of the tastiest cured meats platter I have ever tried. Risotto all’Amarone, a veronese specialty was terrible, although I do not think it is a restaurant’s fault, it just I am not a fan of this dish.

Trattoria Sostanza in Florence is absolutely worth visit.
