Los Angeles Dinner with Vegetarian Options

Can anyone suggest a nice restaurant with quality food and service and not too lound of an atmosphere where one can find good vegeterain options?
DTLA or Hollywood would be a plus.
Something nicer than Badmaash

Osteria Mozza, AOC, Bavel

I haven’t been in ages, but I used to like Le Comptoir–smack-dab in-between DTLA and Hollywood. Not sure if the format is what you want (counter seating only, 10 people max, $175 prix fixe), but it’s definitely fine vegetarian dining, with a few non-veg options/substitutions.

Second on Osteria Mozza. I’ve never found it loud, unlike Pizzeria Mozza, which is sometimes intolerable.

Ironically, some the best vegetarian dishes I’ve had in LA have been at Chi Spacca next door. The focaccia di Recco is filling enough to be a vegetarian entree for two.

AOC
Bestia might be too loud?
Girl & the Goat
Kismet
Rustic Canyon

what a fine menu!
too bad I need tuesday night on which it is closed

that would be my choice but SM is too far as my compainions are in DTLA and we are in Beverly HIlls.
Looking at Osteria Mozza as we speak as well as Antico Nuovo.

Excellent idea!

We went to AOC recently. My vegetarian son was quite satisfied.

Republique and Antico Nuovo both have vegetarian main courses (and lots of other veggie options).

I’d second the suggestions of Le Comptoir, Kismet, and Manuela.
