they’re still open. huge improvement in pacing tonight. they seem to have it dialed in, we finished five pies in 1.5 hours. sergio is still on the line making all the pizzas.

they removed in my opinion the weakest pies, chili crab and squash blossom.

the satan changed again, a barely detectable hot habanero honey instead of black and white truffle honey. i liked the previous satan better but everything else across the board improved.

the crust is still delicious, no flop, crisp shell with airy interior. updated power rankings filleti, napoetana, mushroom, cheesus, satan.

In all seriousness folks yeah Lynx was pretty locked in last night. First pie dropped by 6:20 and there weren’t any lulls. Back to back to back to back to back pizzas. ovens blazing :fire::dragon:

Cheesus and Napoletana were my favorites. Delicious mushroom pizza, the raw mushroom took over in the best way. The Satan i miss some of the more overt candy elements from the version a few weeks ago but the punch of the fermented chili condiment is up my alley too.

Cocktails all great. Re-Margarita, Sudachi Daiquiri and Sparkling Amaro Kola.

My favorite combo is still the Satan and Kyoho Grape Sour. The Kyoho captures that same puckery feeling of a grape airhead

I was so disappointed, I came expecting a 4hr dinner and an opportunity to get totally wasted on cocktails and watch some drama in the kitchen on a Friday night and a bang bang after this.

Instead all I got was an well oiled machine, excellent pizza and cocktails, best soft serve ever and out the door even before sunset. wtf… On top of that since we got every single one of our pizzas I was too full to even bang bang. :expressionless_face:

Haha pretty much same as all these fine folks. Came expecting tossed pizzas, long waits, and drama. Just got great pizza, warm service, and a very satisfying dinner. Based on my time stamps, it looks like we got our desserts dropped at 1.5 hours actually. So we finished our OOE pizza experience in approximately an hour.

It was so well oiled we would literally divvy up and eat a pizza and get a brand new one just as we were wrapping up the last one. Pizzas were great, though I dearly miss the Re Marinara from Leopardo. I just really like very tomato forward pizzas. :sweat_smile: My favorites were the Napoletana and Mushroom, though everything was great.

Cocktails wise the Amaro Kola and Re Margarita were my favorites in that order. I like less boozy, more balanced type drinks and these both fit that bill while proceeding to knock my socks off. The Kyoho I was surprised to see change so much from what I remember of Leopardo. I like this version a lot more.

Hopefully they continue to maintain this consistency and deliciousness!

I’d welcome a return of the salmon pizza! I thought it was the best I’ve ever had – big, big upgrade over the (OG?) Spago version.

Spago was where smoked salmon pizza became famous, though Ed LaDou might have served it at Prego in SF before Puck hired him.

Email said reservations are released every Monday at 10 am for the week. And whatever the problem was with pizza has apparently been resolved.
