i never had “crunchy ryu” before, it tasted like a delicious dry chili-crisp. nice complement with the crispy potatoes and lemon mayo. good for lemon mayo hoarders, @js76wisco.
spicy cod stew - chiles, daikon, sweet potato noodles
basically a eun daegu jorim with sweet potato noodles thrown in. the fish was perfectly cooked and delicious, if scallops flaked apart with the touch of a fork, this would be it. i ate the broth and fish with the rice and saved the noodles for last. very generous amount of fish and great qpr at $35. broth could have been a bit spicier.

Do you guys remember when the new months reservations open up? My brain is mush and we haven’t had to deal with pre-booking weeks in advance for over a year. I forgot how this all works.
I think it’s rolling 30 day window. so may 2nd reservations will open up at midnight. but don’t quote me on that.

I meant Majordomo’s food in general holds up very well to delivery – even fancier things like the boiled chicken served two ways. But it’s true that the black cod dish holds up particularly well. It’s actually quite good the next day too. Bummer that they took it off the menu.
Yes one month in advance. I missed out on the May 1st reservations but I’ll be ready next week for May 8th.

I haven’t seen it in stores, but I also haven’t been looking. I did see it on Momolongplay and David Chang’s IG page, so maybe you can order it online?
Appears to be sold out online. Supposed to be available “at select Whole Foods Markets in Arizona, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Southern California, starting the week of April 12.”
Yeah Ive been searching online for pick up but haven’t seen anything yet. Maybe they mean someday this week instead of today? I guess I could just drive there but was hoping for intel before I went. Either way appreciate the intel y’all.
