Is this huge plate shrimp/veggie tempura? with what looks like some kind of grated cheese?
dungeness crab, shrimp and lobster tails. first iteration looked like it had shredded lettuce for health.

I’m thinking of going and posting up at the bar with a drink/Bing. Pounce on all the crab legs that drop on the floor while they are delivering the plate to tables.
