It looks to be the same 1 crab + 3 lobster tails except there seems to be one extra empty lobster shell poking out the middle

Seems for every plate they stack differently - you can see from @hppzz and @Hungrydrunk pictures look very different stacking wise

i think we got the last one for the night since our reservation was for 9:30, by 10:30 i’m sure the staff was tired.

That’s good to know we have a 7:15 and I was worried they might be clean out

I called them last night around 9pm to confirm my rezzy for tonight, and also inquired if they were out of seafood towers by that time. Majordomo said they had plenty of seafood on hand.

More importantly… Aside from FTC swagger notwithstanding of course, is this massive mound of freshly fried savory shellfish worth the $325 price tag? 'Cuz that’s like the cost of an entire omakase at many a hallowed sushi-ya in this town.

I’ll be there tonight, can’t seem to justify the cost on that dish no matter how badly I want it. I’ll probably stick to all the bings, the Anajak salad, some crispy rice, and maybe the zabuton.

there is no justification but it’s also the price they charge in vegas for a similar dish (with honey walnut shrimp) and pretty much every table with order it.
