Tonight was perhaps our best meal ever at Majordomo. Dishes were more on-point than usual, with salting correct to our tastes. The new duck dish is the best dish weâve had there.
Tip: the duck has duck fat rice on the bottom. Lots of rice. Enough rice that it was a mistake to order crispy rice.

That night? Duck IMO. I did not think the ârotiâ that came with it had the best texture, was a bit gummy and greasy. Shaved prime rib bing was another winner. Did not expect to like the mushroom rice more than the beef rendang either.

Damn your description of the roti makes me want to not order it sounds like it would ruin the whole experience.

for apps, tuna, melon salad, shrimp tostada, crispy potatoes, bing ribeye au jus, bing ham butter honey. and since youâve had the whole plate short rib, get the duck.

Didnât take a bunch of pics because it wasnât that type dinner just old friends getting together.
Got shishito, persimmon and little gem salad, bok choy, ricotta/honey/ham bings, hozon macaroni, mushroom crispy rice, grilled branzino, whole plate short rib. Preordered 2 sides the bs fries. Major donut
Overall outstanding meal, highlights were the shishitos, bings, bok choy, mushroom and short rib. No real misses the group loved it most of them are open to try things but not âfoodiesâ.
Odd thing was the bs fries were served plain no sauce or anything kinda weird. Wasnât bad but definitely even some Heinz ketchup wouldâve been great.
Major donut was super fun but really sweet.
I didnât notice it at the time but it was next level salty I woke up in the morning with cotton mouth like I had 12 drinks or something lol.
Majordomo is def great for groups and highly approachable.

always a reliably great meal at majordomo. service is excellent and love how thereâs something new on the menu to try. no bang banging necessary. the place was completely packed this weekend.
