That was me (I think).
At one point when the person was making mine, she pulled out from the fridge what looked like a gallon container of milk. I don’t know what was actually in the container, aside from it being a white liquid.
I assume coconut cream should have a strong coconut flavor? If so, then I assume my version was NOT made w/ coconut cream b/c, aside from the chunks of coconut, it only tasted rather faintly of coconut.
Let us know what you think.
Edit to add that my final version seemed pretty thin (in terms of viscosity). Is coconut cream thick?

Also on a somewhat related note have you guys seen “coco frios” stand around LA? Chilled coconut with its water sounds so good. Maybe I’ll report back on this. And tepache.
