Best pork liver dish ever.
It has pleasant apple end taste (probably balsamic in pan with jus and fond) and incredible pork flavor.
Other things were skillfully well cooked and food too but pork liver was very special. Apparently it’s their signature and they always will have it.
If your in neighborhood, excellent choice restaurant and saw lots of wines in the menu. No need to drive all the way here if you stay central area
