I already use this recipe, with some minor variations
I want to double it, or maybe even triple it. It already has some proportions that a kinda veer from my limited knowledge of the classic Mornay, i.e. 5 1/2 cups of cheese, but only 1 cup milk. It is a dip after all, not a sauce
Would it simply be a matter of doubling the quantities and adjusting time. For instance, will the amount of flour need to be adjusted?
