Where can I find nachos with mole sauce in Fremont, Newark, Union City, or Hayward?
I used to go to go to La Casita for that.
If I have to go out a little farther, that is fine.
If no one can recommend a place, then what about somewhere that has nachos with enchilada sauce?
About a month ago, I went to a dollar store that I don’t normally go to. I saw a Mexican restaurant nearby, so I walked in. They had nachos with mole! It was ironically only 2 miles from the place that shut down too.
It was about as good as the old place. Maybe these were a little soggier, but it could be me being very critical, and not remembering as well what the La Casita was like, even though I went there a lot.
The new place: El Rodeo in Fremont.
Apparently the chef from La Casita is at El Rodeo. That makes sense now why the taste was so similar.
