Not sure if all Primes operate similarly, but the West LA Prime doesnât use parmesan packages, and this pizza looks âpuffierâ and more heavily sauced than any Iâve ever had from Prime.

i need to try more of the pate en croutes.
had the mousse de foie de volailles with a baguette and that was great. the bake at home duck pithivier is excellent. wish we had something like this in la.
