Not sure if all Primes operate similarly, but the West LA Prime doesn’t use parmesan packages, and this pizza looks “puffier” and more heavily sauced than any I’ve ever had from Prime.

I didn’t see the tarte aux pommes on the menu, but their Brioche FeuilletĂ©e is a thing of beauty.

i need to try more of the pate en croutes.

had the mousse de foie de volailles with a baguette and that was great. the bake at home duck pithivier is excellent. wish we had something like this in la.

i got that back in december, looks like they rotated a rhubarb tart onto the menu now.
