They remind me of the seats in an Mercedes SLK I had once upon a time.
There are two places in Japan where this type of stitchwork is seen in the local folk arts: Hiroshima region and Chubu region. Therefore, as there is also strong automotive industry in both Ujina and Aichi, I’d hazard a guess that the vehicle is either a Mazda or Toyota, respectively.
