Online research led us to Sails as a candidate for a Michelin quality restaurant in a city without Michelin. While the atmosphere and service were sophisticated, neither of us felt the food was quite one-star caliber. The atmosphere reminded us of the erstwhile Valentino. The food reminded us of an improved Water Grill.
