You stole my line!

Almond Jello

Almond Jello needs no ranking… it’s twilight. :star:

Power Ranking:

  1. Pork Chop Rice & Pork Belly Curry - We both went back and forth on these. Hubs fell in love with the PCR right away. Me the curry. But we switched positions on the leftovers. I loved the pork chop bone with the tender pork on it.

  2. White Cut Chix - I’m still getting used to snappy skin.

Call me unadventurous but I will never get used to uncrispy chicken skin.

it is so nice to have warmers with a shelf over our range for this kind of thing

ew… i’m never biting soft skin… it’s partly why most chicken wings (flats) are gross to me.

Haha… sometimes when I get a piece of really soft skin in homemade chicken soup or something I like it. But this is not particularly soft, it’s thicker & chewier and takes some getting used to… an acquired taste?

P.S. I think of chicken wing flats as the crispier part.

excellent scallion noodles with perfectly cooked mary’s dark meat chicken, oyster sauce, cucumber, ginger-scallion sauce, and hot sauce. so good  :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

button mushroom, sweet & sour sauce, sesame seed
delicious when eaten piping hot and piping crispy

egg rolls - peads & barnett pork shoulder, cabbage, carrot, shiitake, dipping sauce
nice meaty, dumpling like filling. they came with a soy-vinegar dipping sauce but I ate some of the egg rolls with the mushroom sweet & sour sauce because I’m an animal.

I would pay that and 20% tip.

I will gladly say that Needle is my favorite restaurant.

I just drove by Needle last night and it looks like dine in service is now available. I saw a worker bringing out food to the tables on the patio.

Plated???

Yes it looked like it. I could be wrong as I was in the car but definitely looked like it. Looks like you order at the counter, get a number you put on your table and the workers bring out the food for you (not in to go containers).
