I wonder if she actually had Zuni’s chicken since they changed / ruined Judy Rodgers’s recipe.

Did they change the actual Zuni chicken recipe?! I thought they were just fixing the wood burning oven or something along those lines

I’m sure you’re right but reading that doesn’t make me think they made drastic changes to the Chicken. It seems like they made minor changes that didn’t go over well or needed to be dialed in

Serving the greens on top means they don’t wilt and aren’t thoroughly dressed they way they were in the original recipe.

As long as the French fry recipe hasn’t changed.

Everything else seemed as good as ever.
