Thanks. We enjoyed Addison. Ended up bringing a full bottle of Cedric Bouchard champagne and then ordering a half bottle of Bordeaux off the list. We also ordered a cocktail during our 5-minute wait to get seated and thought it was far too mildā€¦perhaps it was meant to go with the food. Both of us taking the wagyu supplement (felt like a HUGE piece) was a mistakeā€¦too much food for us. Should have kept one squab as part of the regular menu. The execution of the dishes was pretty flawless. That fish dish with the crispy scales was memorable for me.

I think the dining room could use a bit of a makeover and the music is of the elevator variety, but thatā€™s the only aspect I could flaw. Then again, I like a bit of energy in the dining room, which is often not the case in these types of restaurants.
