We visited both spots today and both were amazing ones.
The Michelin Bib Gourmand rated soup specialist from Korea opened pop-up in DTLA.
The wait was around 1 hr, the place was packed.
The space is clean, soup tasted less porky than seolleongtang and was very clear. Meat and spicy paste was much delicious. I liked their seafood pancakes as well.
Prices are like $16/soup and $5/pancake.
Lefty Gelateria is a new gelato pop-up from Michelin new chef of the year 2021. She finished Gelato university and launched this venture in LA.
I liked mandarin sorbet and hazelnut gelato.
