Oven baked pork belly strips

I bought a package of this at the Seattle Costco, never having cooked it before. Here’s the ‘recipe.’

Oven-Baked Pork Belly Slices

I added some extra time.

We had some leftover Vietnamese soup with noodles and also some noodles from dim sum this morning. I cut the pork into small’ish slices and we had a feast. The Reno Costco doesn’t have this so I’ll be taking some home for sure.

I am just curious about how it taste…The fact that…it looks not really nice.

Not a great photo but they tasted very good. But I’ll be working on them going forward.
