(In addition to of course to many non restaurant establishments - homes, apartment buildings, the Getty Villa, Pali High, etc).

Just watching this on the news turns my stomach . I live in a fire zone .
Reaching 3000 acres . 0 % containment. 10 k homes threatened. Really sad

Reminder if you live in a wildland-urban interface prepare yourself to evacuate at a moments notice. Never underestimate Mother Nature.
Have all documents, heirlooms, valuables in a locked safe.
Full tank of gas.
Food, water, clothes, blankets, toilet paper, toiletries, flashlights, medicine, etc.

Just saw a shot of Bulgarini Gelato on KCAL. Fire is right behind it. Praying for Leo and Elizabeth that they don’t get wiped out.

Side Pie, Minik Market, that stretch of Altadena at the top of lake is apparently devastated. Several friends have lost homes. Absolute tragedy.

Practically all businesses in downtown Pacific Palisades wiped off the map - Casa Nostra, Cafe Vida, Beech Street, Starbucks, UPS, Ralphs, Gelsons etc. Allegedly the Caruso Palisades Village center suffered minimal damage, he may have poured retardant all over the mall?

That’s a different fire. There are now eight.
My sister & cousin evacuated their homes in Altadena. So far, their houses are ok, but we have friends who lost their homes. Sister said it looks like bombs were dropped on Lake Ave. So very sad.
