i’ve seen it sliced and packaged at a number of banh mi places in the SGV. if you want a whole one, i know banh mi my tho will reserve one for you if you contact them ahead of time.
I bought a pandan plant at San Gabriel Nursery a few years ago, so I could add it to congee.
