Two ceci flour pancakes with apple-cranberry compote, labneh & candied pecans

Little gems with crème fraîche, radishes & herbs

Everything spice flatbread with house cured salmon, yogurt, shallots, capers & dill

Fried chicken sandwich with spicy slaw & aïoli

De puy lentils with roasted carrots, yogurt, mint & lime

As each dish came to the table, a resounding chorus of “Gee, that’s really good!” from the table. Plate after plate of simple food cooked well with balanced flavors and fresh product. Not a dud in the bunch. Would love to come back here for dinner sometime.
