Hey, stranger! I don’t live up there any more, but Gem Meats on Yorba Linda Blvd. used to have (I think) some game meats in their freezers.

I would contact The Butchery in Brea to see if they can source it for you. I think I’ve seen quail in their freezer.

Sprouts sells frozen quail. Just saw them at my store a few days ago.

If you can’t find it locally you can order pheasant from Joyce Farms, https://joyce-farms.com/. I haven’t had their pheasant but their fermier rouge chickens are worth the price.
