Korean Markets regularly have Pickle Cucumbers! Vallarta and Superiors have Daikon (Smaller ones too!)
A crinkle cutter IS WORTH IT.
Always add a slices of chile (Habanero, Jalapeño or Serrano) of Habanero into your pickled onion.
