Totally loved the new Calabrese at Pizza Fling -Tomato Sauce, creamy Stracchino cheese, spicy Calabrian ’Nduja (spreadable pork salami), and sweet caramelized onions, shaved Pecorino Romano cheese

I slightly prefer their thicker crust (which is still pretty thin), especially for this heavier-ingredient pie, but the super thin crust is great too.
Been seeing them on socials what style pizza would you describe it as?
Not really sure other than delicious. Clearly it’s not Neopolitan, New York, Square Roman, Detroit, New Haven but has some elements of many of these.
