Another very solid meal at Providence. It had been 3 years since my last visit so good to see that they’re still bringing their A game. Highlights of the meal were the spot prawns, Wagyu beef (forgot to take a pic), and the strawberry shortcake dessert (frozen burrata is an amazing thing).
Service was good but didn’t feel quite as polished for some reason.
