it is in the neighborhood I live in, where feels like 50% of us work in film & tv and people are struggling - also, I had a conversation with the owners during buildout and they went on and on over how they wanted to make something for people to pop into and be affordable

I live in the same hood. It’s a proper sit-down restaurant for dinner. It also needs to pay staff with living wages.
