Restaurante Lakasa https://lakasa.es was a fantastic dinner and has all elements restaurants should thrive towards - flawless cooking, great service and nice ambience. Not a single dish disappointed, the server perfectly coursed out all dishes (instead of plonk down multiples at the same time like even at upscale restaurants in the US) and nobody rushes you to turn over tables. No doubt we will come back when visiting Madrid in the future.
