Looks great. How does the soup compare to Rodded? I have my eye on the crispy catfish as well.

Also prob not a coincidence Holy Basil is doing a Ped Palo special this week.

We have an embarrassment of riches with the competing Thai night markets and all these new places.

I haven’t tried rodded yet. pa ord’s was on the sweet side with egg noodles and cubes of blood.

Their duck tasted proper and clean. It reminds me very much of Cantonese style roast duck but without 5 spice. The cook of the duck is similar to what you get at Ruby’s BBQ but fat is less rendered and without that slight crisp on the skin.

I was solo.
Yes - thought it was quite a delicious (not crispy) duck. And enjoyed the sauces too. Noodles were a little clumpy but I didn’t come for noodle.
