I am making a variation of this recipe tonight. cabbage, carrots, and apple
edit: my cabbage was in bad shape, so I made this salad with carrot and apple, no cabbage! added a little lemon and vinegar, refreshing!

I winged this Niçoise. The dressing was oil and vinegar with lemon, basil,.dill, parsley and tarragon.
