Portuguese Imports used be in Artesia, but it has now relocated to Fountain Valley.
They carry pastel de nata and bacalao.

Italian markets like Claro’s and Cortina’s have it in stock.
Valeria’s in Grand Central Market has it but I’m not sure if it’s the style you’re looking for. I swear someone posted about this in FTC before but I can’t find it…
Also, I haven’t looked in person but La Espanola Meats lists it on their site.
The higher-quality stuff is usually frozen.
